Singapore—China has issued a new round of gasoil and gasoline export quotas to stateowned traders Unipec and Chinaoil, but the volumes are lower than the first batch of quotas awarded in January this year after exports have come in slower than originally anticipated. The government issues product export quotas at the start of each year, followed by new ones if those are exhausted. But the volumes companies are allowed to export could decline if they do not use up the entire previous quota.
