Bangladesh extends LNG terminal deadline

Dhaka—Bangladesh has extended the deadline for expressions of interest from international companies to build an onshore LNG import terminal for the second time since it issued the tender for the project in April. Interested companies now have until June 15 to submit their EOIs instead of June 1, which was an extension from the original deadline of May 18.
