A number of refineries in China have been given new quotas to export oil products this year as overall domestic demand growth fell. CNOOC shipped its first jet fuel cargo from the Huizhou refinery in Guangdong province in early September, delivering 12,000 mt to Hong Kong airport. This follows the company being given the right to export oil products for the first time this year.
