Petrolimex to skip Q1 product term tenders

Singapore—State-owned Vietnam National Petroleum Corp., or Petrolimex, will skip oil product term tenders for the first quarter of 2014 and rely instead on monthly spot imports. The move means Q1 2014 will be the third consecutive quarter for which Petrolimex will not have bought refined oil products via tenders.
