Turkish refiner Tupras to appeal competition fine

Istanbul—Turkish refiner Tupras plans to use “all legal means open to it” to challenge a Turkish lira 412 million ($186 million) fine imposed on it by the country’s competition board, Rekabet Kurumu (RK), for alleged breaches of the country’s competition laws.
