Trinidad signs E&P license for offshore block

Austin-The government of Trinidad and Tobago has signed an exploration and production license for offshore acreage on Trinidad’s western coast with a subsidiary of Chinese state oil company Sinopec and its two partners, T&T’s Energy Ministry said Monday. The license covers the East Brighton Block off the Gulf of Paria, between Trinidad and the east coast of Venezuela.
