Iraq slows Kirkuk oil flows on pipeline snag

Baghdad—Production from the major Kirkuk oil field, as well as a number of other smaller fields in Iraq operated by the staterun North Oil Company, has been curtailed due to a bottleneck caused by a stoppage in the main northern export pipeline to the Turkish port of Ceyhan, senior NOC officials said Thursday.
