Singapore-After hitting a one year low of minus $7.30/barrel Friday, the Singapore naphtha/front-month Dubai or simple refining margin spread, inched up 4 cents/b Monday, Platts data showed. The precipitous drop last week, of $1.76/b, was attributed to a deluge of prod- ucts from the West, traders said.
