Rosneft offers crude oil to India, Vietnam

Moscow—Igor Sechin, the CEO of Russian oil giant Rosneft, ended his Asian trip with offers of long-term crude oil supplies to India and Vietnam and upstream cooperation with the two countries. Sechin visited Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and India. With India, Rosneft said Tuesday that Sechin discussed possible long-term oil and LNG supplies with Indian Petroleum Secretary Saurabh Chandra and the CEOs of state-owned upstream company Oil and Natural Gas Corp. and refiner Indian Oil Corp.
