US EPA delays final Tier 3 sulfur rule until February

Washington—The US Environmental Protection Agency will push back finalizing its sulfur rules for gasoline until February 2014, but the delay should not prevent the regulations from applying, as planned, to cars beginning in model year 2017, the EPA said Thursday.
