PBF, environmentalists face off over rail

New York-Delaware environmentalists are try- ing to derail PBF Energy's plans to move more Bakken crude to its US East Coast refineries. A hearing is scheduled on July 16 in Dover, Delaware, where concerns filed by the Delaware Audubon Society and Sierra Club's Delaware chapter claiming the refinery is in violation of the state's Coastal Zone Act will be aired. The Coastal Zone Industrial Control Board will be holding the hearing.
