Daegu, South Korea—South Korean President Park Geun-Hye Wednesday called for deeper cooperation between oil producers and consumers for a “sustainable and balanced” global economy. “Energy consumers should not seek just stable supplies, turning a blind eye to the economic situation of producers,” Park said at the World Energy Congress 2013 in Daegu, South Korea.
