Unipec storage subsidiary plans new share issue

Singapore—Sinopec Kantons, a unit of Chinese trader Unipec, plans to issue new shares in Hong Kong to raise HK$2.65 billion ($342 million) to further develop its oil storage and logistics businesses. The company, which is already listed in Hong Kong, said it will issue 412.5 million shares, representing 19.9% of its issued share capital, at a price of HK$6.50/share.
