Rosneft’s Q2 oil output averages 4.185 million b/d

Moscow—Russia’s state-controlled Rosneft produced an average of 4.185 million b/d of crude in the second quarter of this year—the company’s first full quarter of output since its consolidation of TNK-BP in March this year. Its natural gas output averaged 602,000 b/d of oil equivalent, meaning total Q2 output of 4.786 million boe/d. The overall output number was, however, lower than the pro forma production figure of 4.804 million boe/d that Rosneft calculated for the first quarter of 2013.
