New York—Icahn Enterprises sees solid demand for tank cars ahead as the North American oil industry’s need to move crude continues to bolster its railcar leasing operations, the company said Monday during its third quarter earnings conference call. “We continue to be pretty bullish on the energy segment and the North American energy revolution...And we think that will continue to be strong going forward. We think railcars are a great way to play that,” said Icahn Enterprises CFO SungHwan Cho.
