Washington—The American Petroleum Institute has asked the US Supreme Court to hear its challenge to a government decision approving the use of gasoline blended with 15% ethanol. “The deadline is April, but we decided to move early in hopes they accept the case early,” API spokesman Carlton Carroll said February 21.
