All eyes on iran as OPEC meets

London-When OPEC meets on December 4 in Vienna to review crude output policy for the year ahead, there will be quite a sizeable elephant in the room-Iran. The historic agreement on Iran's nuclear program reached in Geneva on November 24 is unlikely to see Iranian crude exports recover to any great degree over the duration of this interim six-month deal-on which, inci- dentally, the clock has yet to start ticking.
