Russian sees oil output stable to 2017

Moscow—Russia’s crude production is set for just 0.25% growth in 2013 and is expected to remain at that level until 2017, Russia’s economic development ministry said in its outlook for 2014-2016 published on its website. Oil production, which has been steadily growing since the late 2000s, is set to reach 520 million mt (10.4 million b/d) in 2013, the ministry said.
