DNO primed for Kurdish oil export restart

London-Norway's DNO International pro- duced record levels of crude oil in the third quarter of 2013 thanks to the continued ramp-up of output at its Tawke field in northern Iraq, but the company is primed to accelerate production should Kurdish crude exports resume. Exports from Kurdistan were suspended in January this year due to disagreements over payments between the federal and regional governments. As a result, DNO is selling all its output to local markets at a steep dis- count to international prices and with volatile demand on monthly basis.
