South Korea to get UAE crude for joint storage

Seoul—South Korea is set to receive on Wednesday the first shipment of crude oil from the United Arab Emirates under a joint storage agreement that was signed in November 2012 between Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. and Korea National Oil Corp. The 2 million-barrel shipment will be stored Yeosu—the world’s largest oil storage facility with a capacity of 49.7 million barrels, South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy said Monday.
