London—The UAE’s Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has chosen Shell to be its partner in a 20-year joint venture to develop the Bab sour gas field in Abu Dhabi emirate. ADNOC will hold 60% of the joint venture while Shell will hold 40%, Shell said in a statement on April 30.
