Bashneft posts highest oil output level since 1995

Moscow—Russia’s Bashneft produced 4.13 million mt (327,870 b/d) of crude in the third quarter, its highest level since 1995, on the back of successful operations at existing fields in Russia’s Republic of Bashkortostan and the startup of the northwestern Trebs and Titov field complex. The company’s July-September crude output represented a 6.5% year-on-year increase, Bashneft said in a statement.
