Moscow-Rosneft has approved a business plan for the development of the Kharampur- skoye gas field with the launch of phase one of production there slated for 2017, as the state-controlled Russian giant continues to expand its gas business. "Development of the Kharampurskoye field is an important step in Rosneft's gas strategy and increasing the value of our gas business," the company said in a statement on Monday.
