摘要

Cape Town-Uganda and a number of Africa's other emerging oil states are squeezing explor- ers and foreign oil companies with tough contractual terms due in part to advice from so- called model oil producers such as Norway, the CEO of Africa-focused Tullow Oil said Wednesday. "One of the problems over the last few years is that, with outside influences, there's been a tightening of terms," Tullow CEO Aidan Heavey said in a interview in Cape Town.
