London—Libya’s 220,000 b/d Ras Lanuf refinery has restarted operations having been offline since last year’s Libyan civil war and has already begun tendering to sell oil products, including gasoil jet fuel and low sulfur straight run. “Everything is fine at Ras Lanuf finally and we are operational,” a refinery official said August 31.
