Sana’a—Yemen’s 150,000 b/d Aden refinery has resumed operations after repairs to the Marib pipeline, Nasser Shayef, the refinery’s information director, said August 6. The refinery was shut down for eight months because of repeated attacks on the Marib pipeline, which feeds it crude. “Operations at the refinery resumed on Sunday [August 5] when a second crude shipment, about 630,000 barrels, was delivered,” he said.
