Serbia’s NiS, Zarubezhneft to drill Bosnia well in 2013

London—Serbian energy company NIS, which is controlled by Russia’s Gazprom Neft, plans to drill the first exploration well at its acreage in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2013, as part of its joint venture with Russian producer Zarubezhneft. The two were awarded a 28-year license for a block in the Serbian part of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republika Srpska) in September last year.
