Dart plans exchange listing for international CsG assets

Sydney—Australia’s Dart Energy plans to raise at least GBP30 million ($49 million) from a listing of its international coalseam gas assets on London’s AIM market, the company said in a statement September 20. Dart Energy will retain a majority stake in Dart Energy International, which is expected to list in November this year.
