New York—Magellan Midstream PartnersMarch 15 said it plans to expand the capacityof its Texas crude oil pipeline from Crane toHouston to 225,000 b/d.The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company saidin a statement the planned expansion is theresult of a “recent successful binding openseason,” and that the expanded pipeline “isfully committed with long-term agreements.”
