RusPetro on track to reach Russia output aim

London—UK-listed upstream independentRusPetro said April 19 it was on track toreach production of in excess of 10,000 b/dfrom its part of the Krasnoleninsk oil field inthe Khantiy-Mansiysk region of Western Sibe-ria by the end of 2012.Releasing its 2011 results, its first setof financials since its initial public offeringin January this year, the company said itwas increasing the speed of its well drillingprogram this year, and should have 24 wellsoperational by year-end. In 2011, RusPetro’saverage production in 2011 increased by136% to 2,475 b/d compared with just 1,055b/d in 2010.
