Shell hopes to expand more in Mozambique

London—Shell hopes to expand further its upstream footprint in Mozambique’s prolific offshore natural gas sector after agreeing earlier this week to buy Africa-focused Cove Energy for $1.8 billion, Shell CFO Simon Henry said April 26.
