Philippines targets move to Euro IV fuels from 2016

Singapore—The Philippines plans to implement Euro IV-equivalent vehicle emission standards from January 1, 2016, and is inviting comments from local oil companies for the proposed gasoline and diesel specifications, industry sources said this week.
