Houston—Oneok Partners is planning to invest$1.5 billion to $1.8 billion by 2015 to build a200,000 b/d crude pipeline to move BakkenBlend crude from the Williston Basin in NorthDakota to Cushing, Oklahoma, the NYMEXcrude market hub, the company said April 9.Supply commitments for the proposed1,300-mile pipeline are “in various stages ofnegotiation,” Oneok said in a statement. Con-struction is expected to begin in late 2013 orearly 2014, depending on receipt of permitsand compliance with regulatory requirements.The pipeline is expected to be completed byearly 2015, it said.
