Tokyo—South Korean refiners SK Innovation and Hyundai Oilbank are now scheduled to load a total of 6 million barrels of Iranian crude from Kharg Island in September, up 50% from an earlier plan to lift 4 million barrels, a South Korean source told Platts September 14. The first of three fully laden tankers owned by the National Iranian Tanker Company left Iran on September 10 and is scheduled to reach South Korea on September 29, where SK Innovation will receive the oil, the source said.
