LNGL inks EPC contract for Fisherman's Landing plan

Singapore-Australia's Liquefied Natural Gas Limited has signed a contract with China's Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering-a sub- sidiary of China National Petroleum Corpora- tion-to build an LNG tank and related infra- structure for the Fisherman's Landing LNG project, LNGL said January 20. The contract was signed on an open book basis, allowing Huanqiu to immediately pro- ceed with the detailed engineering design of LNGL's 3 million mt/year liquefaction plant in the Port of Gladstone, Australia.
