Vietnam PVEP saysoutput up 17% on year

Hanoi—State-owned PetroVietnam’s upstreamunit PVEP said July 2 its estimated output forthe first six months of the year reached 2.84million mt of oil equivalent, up 17% from thesame period last year.PVEP does not provide separate outputfigures for oil and gas.The output volume for January-Juneis equivalent to 110% of the company’splanned output for the first six months of2012, and 55% of planned output for the fullyear, PVEP said.
