Houston—Shell is extending the binding openseason for the reversal of its Houma, Louisi-ana-to-Houston crude oil pipeline project by aweek to April 27, the company said April 17.The open season was initially scheduledto close April 20. Shell said it was extend-ing the “Ho-Ho” pipeline reversal project to“accommodate requests by shippers for finalmanagement approval for commitments.”The 300,000 b/d pipeline would linkTexas’ main refining centers at Houstonand Port Arthur to Louisiana, Shell said in astatement.
