Beijing—China-focused Fortune Oil April 16said it has signed a cooperation agreementwith Tianjin Gas Group to jointly supply LNG tothe northeastern coastal city of Tianjin city.Fortune said in a statement that the newjoint venture will “procure, import and supply”LNG to Tianjin Gas Group, which is the largestgas supplier to the city. Fortune, listed on theLondon Stock Exchange, will hold 60% andTianjin Gas 40% of the joint venture company.
