Sechin's role unclear in russian commission

Moscow-Russian President Vladimir Putin has revised a recent order that set up a special commission on the strategic development of the energy sector, taking away some key responsibilities previously given to the committee's secretary general, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin, the country's official registry of legal documents showed. Putin signed the original order to set up the commission and appointed Sechin its secretary general on June 15.
