London-Spain's Repsol March 14 announced further moves to reduce its stake in its Argentinean subsidiary YPF, adding a new private sale and a planned public offering to previous transactions. Repsol said it plans to launch a public offering of up to 7.1% of YPF in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADS) next week.
