Philippines Galoc moves toward stage two oil project

Sydney-The partners in the Galoc oil field offshore Palawan in the Philippines have approved the start of front-end engineering and design work for the second phase of development of the field, operator Galoc Production Company said September 5. The FEED work will determine the exact locations and number of additional wells to be drilled on Galoc. Drilling is expected to get under way in 2013.
