Santos posts 2010 oil, gas output of 49.9 million boe

Sydney-Australian exploration and production company Santos produced 49.9 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2010, down 8% from 2009 but in line with its guidance, the company said January 20. Production for 2010 had been forecast to come in at between 49 million and 52 million boe, compared with the previous year's 54.4 million boe.
