Libya defies predictions on restoring output

Dubai-Libya's National Oil Company (NOC) now sees its oil supply at a pre-war level of 1.345 million b/d by the end of 2012, defying predictions by the International Energy Agency and independent analysts who have said it would take years to restore output to normal levels after an eight-month near total shutdown of all production.
