Karachi, Pakistan-Pakistan has appointed a medical doctor, Asim Hussain, for a second stint as adviser to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani on petroleum and natural resources to help resolve the chronic issues afflicting the country's oil and gas sector, especially the non-payment of oil and gas bills by state-run companies, a petroleum ministry official said April 18.
