Singapore-State-owned China National Petro- leum Corporation's oil and gas production from overseas fields reached a new all-time high of 86.73 million mt of oil equivalent, which was 13.9% more than the previous record high of 76.15 million mt of oil equiva- lent recorded in 2009, the China Petroleum Daily, CNPC's newsletter, reported January 12. The report did not give details on CNPC's net entitlement and the number of fields the output was generated from.
