ExxonMobil to divest Aceh LNG holdings

Jakarta—ExxonMobil plans to sell its Indone-sian affiliates Mobil Exploration Indonesia,ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia and Mobil IndonesiaLNG, which hold stakes in the Aceh gas andLNG project, the US oil giant said August 8. ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia holds 100% of theArun gas field and its satellite fields South Lhoksukon A & D, and Phase A & B. Mobil Explora-tion Indonesia owns 100% of the North SumatraOffshore field, and Mobil Indonesia LNG holds a30% stake in the Arun LNG processing plant.
