London-The slow rollout of E10 gasoline (10%-ethanol blend) at German service sta- tions, due to a reluctance by drivers to tank up with the new fuel, has weighed on ethanol demand, trading sources told Platts this week. Since the start of the year, the Ger- man government has permitted a rise in the maximum level of ethanol allowed in blended gasoline to 10% from the previous 5%.
