DNO posts $5.3 million Q4 loss; hikes Tawke output

Copenhagen-Norway's DNO International February 16 posted a loss of NOK30.9 million ($5.35 million) for the fourth quarter of 2010, a significant improvement from the NOK384.5 million loss for the same period of 2009. The company said revenues for the quarter were NOK302 million, up from NOK225.9 million in 2009, with the rise attributed to increased local deliveries from the Tawke field in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and higher oil prices for Yemen production.
