Vietnam freezes domestic retail oil product prices

Hanoi-Vietnam's Ministry of Finance November 28 ordered local retailers of oil products to freeze prices, while allowing them to start drawing money from the government's Oil Stabilization Fund to offset their ensuing losses. The order was made after the ministry received proposals for price hikes from some local oil companies, it said.
