Dubai-The Sudanese oil ministry has stopped South Sudan's oil exports through Sudan with immediate effect until agreement is reached on the payment of $727 million in fees by the South Sudan government, Sudanese state television reported November 28. The report, monitored by the BBC, said Khartoum is seeking fees for four months worth of oil exports by South Sudan.
